About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the Housekeeping department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager or a strong Assistant Housekeeping Manager looking to step into a leadership role within a agile, fast paced multi-outlet environment.



You will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, ensuring rooms and public areas consistently meet high presentation and cleanliness standards
· Train and develop housekeeping staff, ensuring skills and staffing levels meet the needs of hotel occupancy and guest expectations
· Manage departmental rosters and ensure alignment with both operational requirements and financial targets
· Oversee room allocations, daily operations, and turnaround times to support Front Office and overall guest flow
· Maintain inventory control of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies
· Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
· Regularly review housekeeping procedures, policies and standards to maximise efficiency and productivity
· Demonstrate and promote the positive values of the hotel and management team at all times

· Experienced in housekeeping leadership roles within the hospitality industry
· Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities
