Signs Delivered is a fast-growing signage installation company delivering projects across Victoria and Australia. We work with national brands, retail centres, commercial builders and business owners, installing everything from shopfront signage and window graphics to illuminated signs, pylons, directional signage and large-scale commercial projects.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Sign Installer to join our team and learn the trade from experienced installers.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time apprenticeship where you’ll learn every aspect of professional sign installation.
Every day is different. One day you might be installing window graphics in a shopping centre, the next you’re helping install illuminated signage, large 3D letters, wayfinding signs or pylons at commercial sites.
You’ll work alongside experienced installers using specialised equipment and gain valuable skills that will set you up for a long-term career in the signage industry.
No signage experience is required—just a outstanding attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Learn
- Installation of indoor and outdoor signage
- Window graphics and frosting
- 3D lettering and illuminated signage
- Lightboxes, pylons and directional signage
- Site measuring and preparation
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Working safely at heights using access equipment
- Reading installation drawings and plans
- Loading, transporting and caring for signage
- Customer communication and professional site presentation
- Industry best practices for quality and safety
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with signage installations across Victoria
- Prepare signage and equipment before each job
- Safely load and unload installation vehicles
- Work alongside qualified installers on commercial projects
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
- Keep installation vehicles and equipment clean and organised
- Occasionally travel for regional or interstate installations when required
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Wants to build a long-term career in a hands-on trade
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Enjoys working outdoors and at different locations
- Is physically fit and comfortable working at heights (training provided)
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good communication skills
- Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence (or is working towards obtaining one)
- Holds a White Card or is willing to obtain one before starting
Previous experience using hand tools, working in construction, carpentry, fabrication or another trade is an advantage but certainly not essential.
