We are seeking a proactive and driven Installation Manager to take ownership of our installation department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our capacity, elevating our quality standards, and cultivating a high-performing network of trade professionals. If you possess deep expertise in ducted air conditioning and have a passion for optimising both people and processes, we want you to lead our team.

What you will be doing:

- Taking ownership of installation quality through regular site audits, compliance checks, and maintaining exceptional standards for digital job documentation and worksheets.

- Driving installation capacity and actively expanding our base to meet growing demand.

- Leading installation meetings, distributing weekly bulletins, and maintaining clear, energetic communication with all team.

- Mentoring and training installers to ensure they remain skilled, productive, and knowledgeable on the latest products, systems, and installation practices.





- Championing our digital management system to streamline workflows and continuously improve operational processes.

- Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Administration teams to ensure installations are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

- Promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across all installation operations.

What you will bring:

- An extensive background in HVAC and ducted air conditioning installation is favoured.

- Proven experience in successfully leading, coordinating, and motivating trades and external contractors.

- A meticulous eye for detail regarding quality control, safety protocols, and process optimisation.

- Exceptional planning abilities and a warm, skilled communication style.
