The Role
This is a contract role for 6 months with the potential to go permanent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a global market-leading consumer products business undergoing significant growth and transformation across the APAC region
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee payroll, compliance and statutory reporting requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
- Provide commercial insights to support business decision-making
- Partner with APAC and global stakeholders across finance and operations
- Lead and mentor a finance analyst
- Drive process improvements and finance best practices
- Support internal controls and governance frameworks
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Solid financial reporting and technical accounting capability
- Background in Big 4 or Mid-Tier accounting highly regarded
- Experience within retail, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or consumer products environments advantageous
- Commercially minded with strong business partnering skills
- Able to work autonomously in a lean, high-performing team
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups
