About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Perth. Supporting a dynamic workforce across multiple drilling projects throughout WA and SA, this role will provide expert HR advice and operational support to leaders and employees in a high-performance, safety-focused environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, workforce capability, and an engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely and practical HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, conduct, and workplace matters.

- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for field and corporate roles.

- Coach leaders in people management, leadership development, and workforce planning.

- Manage investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution in accordance with company policies and legislation.

- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, National Employment Standards, and company policies.

- Contribute to organisational development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.

- Oversee performance review processes and support talent management activities.

- Analyse workforce metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Support mobilisation, workforce planning, and operational growth across drilling projects.

- Participate in HR projects, policy development,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role.

- Previous experience within mining, drilling, resources, construction, or other blue-collar environments (preferable).

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.

- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

- Current Australian driver's licence.
