The role will involve:

- Providing up to date and information to clients on construction of their homes.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.

- Training will be provided.





- Customer service experience with the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships is desirable.

- Positive self-motivated with a can- do attitude.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent phone manners and organisational skills.

- Team player with attributes self-awareness of developing strengths.
