East Coast Kitchens is one of the Northern Rivers' leading custom kitchen and cabinetry manufacturers, delivering high-quality kitchens and joinery to builders, developers and homeowners across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Experienced Cabinet Maker / Edgebander Operator to join our production team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of kitchen and cabinetry carcasses
- Operating an edgebander to a high standard
- Operating panel saws and other factory machinery
- Reading production drawings and work orders
- Installing hardware and preparing cabinetry for dispatch
- General factory assembly and production duties
- Assisting across other production areas as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner
- Experience operating an edgebander (essential)
- Experience operating panel saws or similar production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
