Duties And Responsibilities
Key responsibilities within this role include mentoring the current team of Architects and Graduates with all stages of projects from concept to construction, including designing, documenting, preparing and presenting to Directors, clients and relevant stakeholders as well as contract administration.
Leading and coordinating the preparation of documentation packages for DA and Tendering/ConstructionCoordinate project teams of consultants, engineers, councils, certifiers and clientsAble to manage resourcing and programs relative to set Architectural fees for projectsEngage in collaborative design process with Directors and othersOversee projects from start to completionSupport and mentor junior team members within the studio
