About WCA Solutions
WCA Solutions is one of Western Australia's most respected outsourced HR and Workplace Health & Safety consulting practices, and one of its fastest growing. Headquartered in the heart of West Perth's business district, we've been a trusted partner to hundreds of Australian businesses since 2001.
We're proudly Western Australian, privately owned, and deeply connected to the communities and industries we serve, and our client base, team and service lines are all expanding.
We're a genuine all-services firm. Our clients engage us across Human Resources, Workplace Health & Safety, safety management system development, technical writing, recruitment, strategy and leadership development, which means our consultants work at the centre of their clients' businesses across every dimension of workforce, safety and organisational performance.
From remote Kimberley communities to offshore oil and gas facilities, mining operations, construction businesses, Aboriginal corporations, government agencies and professional services firms, we go where our clients need us, and we deliver solutions that actually work in the field.
Why Join Us: The Consulting Difference
If you're an experienced WHS Advisor, you already know what an in-house role looks like: one organisation, one system, one risk profile, and the same challenges on repeat. Consulting is different, and that's the opportunity.
Variety at project scale.

One week you might be developing a safety management system for a mining contractor; the next, facilitating risk assessments for an Aboriginal corporation or delivering training for a construction client. No two engagements are the same.Trusted advisor status. Our consultants are embedded with their clients, working directly with owners, CEOs and senior leaders. You won't be pushing paperwork: you'll be the person clients call when it matters.Breadth beyond safety. Because we deliver HR, recruitment, technical writing and safety system development under one roof, you'll collaborate across disciplines and see the whole picture of how organisations work, accelerating your development in a way single-function roles simply can't.Work that ships. You'll design and build safety management systems from the ground up, lead incident investigations, facilitate risk assessments and deliver training, then move to the next challenge.
