About the Role

Working within the Marketing, Brand & Experience team, reporting to the Campaign manager, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Campaign Manager, this role plays a key support function across integrated marketing campaigns while taking ownership of the organisation’s digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and is confident supporting campaign delivery and day-to-day digital communications.

What You'll Do

- You’ll play a key supporting role in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels that drive ticket sales, audience growth and engagement for Perth Festival.

- Working closely with the Campaign Manager, you will coordinate campaign activity from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is executed on time, on brand and to a high standard.

- You will take primary responsibility for the Festival’s digital channels, including the website and social media, coordinating updates, content scheduling, publishing,



and ensuring all activity is accurate, timely and aligned to campaign priorities.

- You’ll coordinate multi-channel campaign activity across TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital and partner channels; manage campaign schedules, workflows and delivery checklists; and support the briefing, coordination and delivery of creative assets with designers, agencies and suppliers.

- You will assist with production timelines, print production and distribution of marketing materials, while also supporting campaign administration including purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking.

- A key focus of the role is marketing reporting and insights. You will maintain audience, campaign performance data, track engagement and campaign metrics, and produce accurate reporting to support evaluation and continuous improvement.

- You will also support stakeholder engagement, working closely with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to manage briefs, approvals and communications, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced marketing setting.

Who You Are

- 3+ years experience in marketing coordination, campaigns, digital marketing, or communications

- Experience managing website content (CMS), social media channels, and email marketing platforms essential

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all outputs

- Able to work autonomously with strong use of initiative

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain brand tone and consistency

- Confident working in a fast-paced workplace, balancing competing demands and tight timelines
