We are partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a claims professional who enjoys managing end-to-end claims, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution

• Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers, assessors, and other stakeholders

• Proactively follow up on claims to ensure timely progression and resolution

• Provide regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims process

• Negotiate outcomes and advocate on behalf of clients where required

• Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are consistently met

What do you need?

• Previous experience managing general insurance claims within a brokerage environment

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes

• Exposure to areas such as commercial motor, property, business packages, and liability claims

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio

• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
