Midland City MG & GWM are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.

Representing both MG and GWM, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle and needs.

About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional vehicle buying experience
- Understand customer needs and provide expert product knowledge across the MG and GWM model range
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while highlighting vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Manage customer enquiries and provide consistent follow-up throughout the sales journey
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales administration processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
- Maximise sales opportunities across two exciting automotive brands

About You

You are:

- Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong desire to achieve targets
- Financially driven with a passion for negotiating and closing deals
- A confident communicator with solid relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Well presented, professional and committed to achieving success




- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations
- Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays

Essential Requirements:

- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Vehicle Salesperson's Licence, or the ability to obtain one
- Proven success within a dealership sales environment is highly regarded
