As a Gate Fabricator, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality aluminum and steel gates according to specifications. This dynamic role offers variety and excitement, as no two days are the same. Your primary tasks will include interpreting drawings, measuring, cutting and assembly. You will work closely with team members to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interprete Drawings: Study drawings and specifications to understand project requirements and dimensions.
2. Material Preparation: Select appropriate aluminum or steel materials and prepare them for assembly as needed.
3. Assembly: Assemble fabricated parts into completed gates, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
5. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before dispatch.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a joiner or Gate Fabricator is ideal, however not necessary.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading drawings and using various fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, grinders, drills etc.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and maintain high-quality standards through the manufacturing process.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with teams members effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
