We’re currently looking for a hands-on Sales Assistant – Industrial / Trade to join our friendly and high-performing team in Fyshwick, Canberra.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone and email

- Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales

- Manage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displays

- Support product demos, upselling, and promotions

- Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift work

- Maintain a clean and compliant store environment

What makes you great

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced retail/trade setting





- Valuable attention to detail and time management

- Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)

- Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks

- Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain

- Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal but not essential as we will provide product knowledge and training the for right candidates
