About the Role

The Health and Safety Business Partner provides strategic and operational health and safety leadership across operations and functional areas, partnering with leaders and frontline teams. The role will foster a proactive safety culture while strengthening critical risk management and organisational capabilities through ownership and influence across the organisation.

You will support a portfolio across the Region, balancing operational priorities with strategic health and safety initiatives to drive positive business outcomes.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

Essential

- Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety
- Strong communication and relationship building skills,



with the ability to influence and coach across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated experience in incident investigation methodologies (ICAM)
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and critical risk controls
- Considerable experience in a safety role within manufacturing, processing or heavy industry

Desirable

- Sugar industry experience
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
