The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner to join our busy Service Department.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop performing at its best. You'll work alongside our technicians and service advisors in a professional workshop equipped with modern tools and equipment.
In this role, you will:
- Perform wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications.
- Fit, balance and rotate tyres.
- Inspect suspension and steering components for wear or damage.
- Diagnose tyre wear and alignment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter, Wheel Aligner or Tyre Technician.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of tyre fitting, wheel balancing and wheel alignments.
- A good understanding of suspension and steering systems.
- Experience using wheel alignment equipment and workshop tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach.
- A current manual driver's licence.
- Australian working rights.
