About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to service a bank branch in Cobar NSW.

This role involves completing a weekly clean to maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional environment for staff and customers. The successful applicant will work independently and take pride in delivering high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities

- General cleaning, including dusting, wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, staff amenities and kitchenette areas
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, customer areas and service counters
- Spot cleaning internal glass, mirrors and entry areas
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Restocking consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with site procedures and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)




- Maintaining confidentiality and security standards within a bank environment
- Reporting hazards, maintenance issues and stock shortages to the Area Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience (banking, office or secure-site cleaning experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently
- A professional and respectful approach to customers and site personnel
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and hygiene standards
- The ability to follow security procedures and maintain confidentiality
- A current National Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willingness to obtain one
