Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Mandarin Speaking Order Fulfilment Clerk to join their Supply Chain team. This is an office-based role with an immediate start available and an excellent opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role

Working within a busy Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and ensuring customers receive timely updates on order status and shipping schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer orders
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
- Confirm customer orders and shipping dates
- Liaise with customers regarding order enquiries
- Maintain accurate order and customer records
- Support the Supply Chain team with general administrative duties

About You





- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, administration or supply chain
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
