Graduate Program Overview
The RACV Graduate Program begins in February 2027 and provides hands‑on experience, tailored professional development, and meaningful opportunities to build your skills and capabilities from day one.
Starting salary of $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
What the Program Offers

A 12‑month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full‑time opportunity.
A strong support network including mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager.
A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world.
A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders.
About the Opportunity
Working within our Insurance & Roadside division, you will build commercial, analytical and business skills while developing a strong understanding of how reporting, insights and planning help shape decision‑making in a large and diverse organisation.
Responsibilities
Throughout the program you will:
- Support reporting, analysis and insights that help inform sound business decisions.
- Work with teams across Insurance & Roadside (including Operations, Finance, Product and Analytics) to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Contribute to budgeting,
forecasting and planning activities.
- Be involved in projects that improve how we work and deliver better outcomes.
- Build relationships with teams across the business and communicate insights clearly.
Qualifications & Requirements
At RACV, we look for graduates who are curious, eager to learn and excited to build their career in a supportive and purpose‑driven environment. To be considered for the program you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Completion of studies by the end of 2026 or within the last two years.
- Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse information and develop practical, data‑informed solutions.
- Previous experience in business, analytics, finance, operations or related environments (desirable).
- A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria).
