An exciting prospect has arisen for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer to join a highly regarded Australian fashion brand known for its elevated aesthetic, refined feminine design language and growing global presence.

This role will own and execute the brand’s social media strategy while also leading the production of social-first content across key platforms. Working closely with Ecommerce, PR, Creative, Design and external content partners, you will be responsible for driving social strategy, content planning, community growth, campaign execution, content creation, creative production and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, hands‑on content producer and brand custodian, with a strong understanding of the premium fashion landscape and what drives engagement, brand affinity and commercial outcomes across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Manage the end‑to‑end social content calendar across collection launches, campaigns, events, retail moments, ecommerce activity and always‑on brand storytelling.
- Plan, brief, capture and produce elevated social‑first content, including reels, TikToks, stories, static assets, behind‑the‑scenes moments, styling‑led content and event coverage.
- Work closely with Ecommerce, PR, Creative, Design and external content partners to ensure social content aligns with broader brand, marketing and commercial priorities.
- Develop content that balances brand storytelling, product education, community engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee community management across all social platforms, ensuring responses are timely, polished and aligned with the brand tone of voice.




- Monitor audience engagement, sentiment, content performance and platform trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Report on social media performance and use insights to refine content strategy, improve engagement and support brand and ecommerce objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will bring:

- 4+ years’ experience in a social media, content or digital brand role, ideally within fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging social platforms
- Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies that support both brand and commercial goals
- Experience producing, capturing and briefing social‑first creative content, including reels, TikToks, video and on‑the‑ground event or campaign coverage
- A refined eye for fashion aesthetics, styling, visual storytelling and premium brand presentation
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Robust organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action
- Confidence working cross‑functionally with Creative, Marketing, PR and Ecommerce teams
- A passion for fashion, storytelling, cultural relevance and digital brand building
