In general, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate with Business Development; seek out opportunities with industry contacts on a regular basis, and contribute to identifying and winning your own pipeline and for FSC Link.

Qualifications
You will also have:
- A degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
- Local Queensland and/or TMR experience is preferable.
- An ability to manage project teams to solve problems, drive health and safety culture and produce quality outcomes.
- Solid interpersonal skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary projects.
