Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle

Are you an experienced BMS Technician looking to join a growing systems integrator delivering projects across commercial buildings, healthcare, education and mission-critical facilities throughout Sydney?

We’re partnering with a well-established building automation specialist that continues to invest in its people, technology and long-term growth. Due to continued project wins, they’re looking to add an experienced BMS Technician to their service and projects team.

The Role

As a BMS Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, fault finding, commissioning support and maintaining Building Management Systems across a diverse portfolio of customer sites throughout Sydney.

You’ll work closely with project engineers and customers to deliver high-quality technical support while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS and HVAC control systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Support commissioning and system optimisation activities.
- Carry out controller upgrades, modifications and software changes.
- Respond to customer call-outs and provide technical support.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.




- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS).
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical services.
- Experience fault finding control panels, controllers and field devices.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and other building automation protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

Experience with one or more of the following platforms would be highly regarded:

- Honeywell
- Johnson Controls Metasys
