An internationally recognised Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Services Manager / Services Manager to join its growing project delivery team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and specialist services throughout project delivery.

Manage consultants, subcontractors,



and client stakeholders to ensure seamless services integration.

Drive programme, quality, commissioning, and handover outcomes.

Identify and manage project risks while maintaining commercial and contractual objectives.

Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor junior engineers and services staff.

About You You will have experience delivering major commercial, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure, or data centre projects with a recognised Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 contractor.

You'll also bring:

Strong experience managing complex MEP services packages.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
