As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead DEAL through its next phase of growth and transformation. You will work closely with the Board, Traditional Owners, government and industry to strengthen the organisation, attract investment and deliver sustainable economic outcomes for East Arnhem. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and commercial leadership to the organisation Strengthen relationships with Traditional Owners, government, industry and the community Lead organisational performance, governance and financial sustainability Drive investment attraction and regional economic development Represent DEAL with credibility across government, investor and industry forums Develop a high performing and purpose driven organisational culture About You
CEO or senior executive leadership experience Strong commercial and financial acumen Experience leading through complexity and change Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to build trust across diverse communities Experience in resources, infrastructure,
