What you’ll do

Provide comprehensive general and family dentistry, restorative and cosmetic treatments.

Perform crown and bridge work, implant surgery and restorative treatments (where experienced).

Provide Invisalign and early intervention orthodontics (including fixed braces).

Deliver same-day crowns/inlays.

Manage splint therapy and 3D sleep apnoea, snoring and bruxism treatments, including injections.

Utilise dedicated chairside sedation sessions pre-booked throughout the year.

Dentists with special interests in orthodontics, implant dentistry and crown & bridge/restorative dentistry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ceiling-mounted TVs in all 9 rooms.

3Shape TRIOS 3 (wired), TRIOS 5 (wireless) and Dexis intraoral scanners.

CBCT/OPG on‑site and implant planning software.

Spacious reception areas and generous staff facilities (including chill‑out room and washing facilities).

Digital lab and systems:

On‑site lab with 3Shape design software for crowns/bridges and splints.

In‑house crown/inlay milling, 3D printing and wash unit (splints, models, etc.).

Whitening and mouthguard equipment.

High-quality patient management systems with strong recall, reminders and post‑op care.

Three part‑time Oral Health Therapists covering 5 days per week plus most Saturdays.

We maintain strict accreditation, compliance, audits and servicing schedules, supported by high‑quality materials and trusted suppliers.

About you Ideally you have:

10+ years’ experience as a dentist.

Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry and patient‑centred care.

Desire for a long‑term role and strong patient base.

Confidence in comprehensive treatment planning and case presentation.

A professional, collaborative style and strong communication.

Permanent residency in Australia and current AHPRA registration.

We will also consider dentists with fewer years of experience who can demonstrate:

Robust additional training and/or advanced clinical interests.

Demonstrated capability and relevant casework.

Engagement and remuneration

Engagement under a Facility Services Agreement at 40% service fee (excluding lab fees).

Strong patient demand, efficient systems and high case acceptance support excellent earning potential.

Flexible start options, including part‑time moving to full‑time and an agreed start date.
