Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ businesses and apply specialist knowledge to diagnose issues and provide performance improvement solutions.
- Actively engage with the client, building rapport and delivering successful project results.
- Evaluate and analyze client financial performance, processes, systems and structures.
- Develop clear initiatives with structured approaches that lead to solutions aligned to business requirements and strategic direction.
- Provide recommendations and proposals to revise methods, processes and procedures to support growth and resolve organisational problems.
- Implement and deliver approved recommendations.
- Review and quality‑check findings and recommendations in the context of the client’s broader business environment.
- Contribute to the continual development of quality management within the team.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and best practices.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a management consultant role,



working for a professional services firm (preferred).
- Retail/FMCG experience advantageous.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant area.
- Demonstrated advisory, project management or business partnering experience.
- Experience in change management and organisational development.
- Creditable business operations knowledge with ability to anticipate market changes and identify opportunities.
- Proven ability to engage with clients on consulting engagements and manage complex projects.
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups across all levels of client businesses.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Solid output focus with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including training, coaching and mentoring.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, proficiency in data analysis and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
