As a Principal Claims Consultant, you will provide technical leadership and strategic support across complex life insurance claims, including adverse decisions, non-disclosure matters, complaints, fraud‑related matters and retro‑underwriting referrals. You will coach and support Claims Consultants, contribute to claims governance and quality initiatives, facilitate legal referrals and case conferencing, and drive continuous improvement across the Retail Claims team.

Qualifications

- Extensive Retail Life Insurance claims experience, with a strong understanding of technical claims issues and exposure to non-disclosure, Life Code obligations,



relevant case law and Complaints.
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
