Our Business Advisory division is seeking an experienced Senior to join our Adelaide CBD-based team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm's Partners and contribute to high-quality outcomes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Reporting to the Business Advisory Partners, you will bring three–five years’ experience, strong analytical capability, and exceptional attention to detail. You will be confident in producing high quality written advice and reports, and thinking laterally to deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused solutions.

This role is ideal for a CA-qualified professional with excellent communication skills who is looking to advance their career within a global chartered accounting firm. For the right candidate, this position offers clear pathways to future leadership and ownership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of clients across yearly, quarterly and monthly engagements
- Lead the planning, delivery and reporting of Business Advisory assignments




- Build strong client relationships across sectors including education, retail and professional services
- Prepare high-quality written advice, reports and financial analysis
- Collaborate with Partners and team members to deliver timely, accurate and commercially relevant outcomes

Experience and Skills

- CA qualified or equivalent (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional services, with a sound working knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Strong technical skills and ability to interpret financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving capability
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously when required
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
