What is my job?

Located in our Melbourne office, you're an IT Support Specialist.

A Day in the Life

- Manage and maintain our servers, networks and cloud environments, keeping everything secure, stable and ready to scale.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they come up, working quickly to minimise downtime for the people relying on you.
- Run regular backups, updates and system maintenance, and keep an eye on performance so small issues don't become big ones.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and IT policies, and handle onboarding and offboarding for joiners and leavers.
- Work with discretion around confidential information, and make sure access to sensitive data is properly approved.

How will we know that you are the one?

- You've got solid experience in systems administration, including managing Linux servers and macOS desktops.
- You understand network protocols, firewalls, VPNs and security best practice, and you've worked with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- You're comfortable with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL or Microsoft SQL) and version control systems like Git.




- You can troubleshoot complex technical problems and explain them clearly to people who aren't technical.

- Solid attention to detail and a knack for managing multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A collaborative mindset. You're proactive about helping colleagues, not just waiting for tickets to land.
- You stay curious about new technology and are always keen to pick up a new skill.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
