Local Workforce Hire is looking for reliable General Labourers and Casual Staff to join our growing team.

We support more than 100 clients throughout Sydney , with work available across construction, landscaping, civil projects, warehousing and more.

Typical Duties

- Site cleaning
- Wheelbarrowing
- Digging and trenching
- Cleaning bricks and materials
- Assisting landscapers, bricklayers and construction crews
- General labouring duties as required

Essential Requirements

- Construction White Card
- Minimum 12 months' labouring or construction experience
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence preferred
- PPE including steel‑capped boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and high‑visibility clothing
- Robust work ethic and reliability
