Guma-Warnii Resources is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract with a major WA utility provider, based in modern offices near the Perth CBD. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will deliver proactive, end-to-end talent acquisition services in a fast-paced environment, attracting and securing top talent across a large and diverse workforce.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
- Running job briefs with Hiring Managers to shape strong shortlists
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating selection activity
- Building diverse sourcing strategies for current and future roles
- Resolving recruitment challenges with practical solutions
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the team
What You Will Bring
- Proven recruitment experience across blue or white collar roles
- Regional recruitment exposure highly regarded
- Robust grasp of current recruitment and selection methods
- Confident sourcing via LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search
- Experience with recruitment systems; SuccessFactors is a bonus
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Certificate or Diploma in HR or Psychology highly regarded
