As the Ticketing Experience Coordinator you will be part of the Ticketing & Commercial Operations team in the Commercial Division. This permanent role, based at our Head Office in St Kilda, supports ticketing operations for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix across all fan‑facing touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day ticket processing, maintaining accurate transaction records and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in event setup for ticket sales and monitor inventory across General Admission, Grandstand, and upgrade products.
- Support operational delivery of ticketing and customer experience requirements, including signage, printed collateral, fulfillment distribution and access control.
- Proactively identify and escalated emerging issues, maintaining transparent communication and visibility.
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer enquiries, supporting the Customer Service team during peak periods across all channels.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, Archtics, Host preferred but not required).
- Understanding of CRM applications.
- Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Valid Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
