About The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the showroom — guiding customers through their purchasing journey, understanding their needs, and helping them select furniture they'll love for years to come.
This role is weekend-focused and requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend trade is essential to success in this position, so flexibility here is non‑negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
- Build rapport and long‑term relationships with customers
- Confidently sell high‑value furniture and homewares
- Maintain immaculate showroom presentation
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow‑ups with care and professionalism
