Our client is a private equity‑backed organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. With solid growth plans and a high‑calibre leadership team, they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to partner closely with the CFO and help drive the next phase of the business.

Position

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance across the business while ensuring financial reporting, governance and controls remain best in class. You will lead the day‑to‑day finance function, provide meaningful analysis to support business decisions and help deliver the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive commercial performance, business transformation and strategic growth initiatives
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to support decision‑making
- Lead the month‑end close and management reporting process
- Oversee statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance and financial governance
- Ensure robust financial controls while driving continuous process and systems improvements
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team
- Provide commercial support across business operations,



investment initiatives and growth opportunities
- Drive finance transformation, enhance reporting capabilities and improve overall business performance

Profile

- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance or Senior Finance leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting and compliance
- Hands‑on experience managing month‑end, financial reporting and finance operations
- Analytical, collaborative and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Experience within a private equity‑backed or high‑growth business will be highly regarded
- Strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CFO
