You’ll record and evaluate German speech samples, provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to strengthen voice models.

Responsibilities

- Record scripted material using a high‑quality microphone in a quiet environment.
- Assess AI‑generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
- Annotate errors and provide detailed feedback to improve prompts and evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with the team to refine voice design guidelines.

Qualifications

- Fluency in German.
- Demonstrated experience in qualified voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work.
- Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus.




- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable recording setup: microphone, quiet space, stable internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits

Contract pay range: $6–$65 per hour, determined based on experience and location. Contractors provide their own equipment and no company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance or PTO.
