The Opportunity

- Handling cash and transactions with accuracy
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a friendly and productive manner
- Ensuring the bar area, gaming floor and equipment are clean, well‑stocked and maintained to a high standard
- Assisting patrons with gaming machines while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests
- Following all relevant health, safety and security procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider venue team to contribute to a positive and productive workplace

Who Are You:

- A confident communicator and strong teamplayer
- Previous Bar and/or Gaming Attendant experience (preferred)




- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end service standards
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 7-day‑a‑week hospitality environment
- Available to work evening, weekend and late‑night shifts

Requirements:

- Valid NSW RSA and RCG (essential)
- ARCG highly desirable
- Availability to work late-night closings (up to 2:00am)
