1. Provide End-to-End Test Workplace consultation throughout the Testing phases.
2. Develop Test Environment Management Strategy in collaboration with Client Stakeholders.
3. Map test environment landscape, conduct health-check setup and monitoring.
4. Coordinate and track Enterprise Release.
5. Triage and resolve Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
6. Leverage extensive experience with ITSM processes and associated ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
7. Hold ITIL certification (preferred).
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
- ITIL certification is preferred.
