Job Summary

As Risk Manager you will be responsible for provision of support and guidance for Project Risk Management (PRM) and relevant internal and external stakeholders in PRM matters across the project. You will provide technical advice and manage the risk management program, driving focus on PRM, leading through influence and tying PRM with key interfaces across the project scope.

Major Responsibilities

- Lead the project risk management program across the project.
- Manage and maintain risk activities to ensure alignment with the risk management plan.
- Perform quantitative risk analysis (schedule and cost) across the project.
- Train project team in risk management and facilitate workshops for projects, programs and the portfolio.
- Advise project leaders in risk awareness.
- Deliver training in project risk management.
- Arrange and facilitate workshops to support the Project Execution Plan.
- Report to key stakeholders and represent the project risk management program at project leadership meetings.
- Liaise with CPP and customer leaders in all aspects of the project risk management program.
- Collate risk intelligence and associated lessons learned or best practices and ensure distribution throughout the project.
- Champion a work environment that fosters openness, trust,



communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation and satisfaction on the project.

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative risk management.
- Experience in the infrastructure / heavy civil / aviation / renewables / construction industries is advantageous.
