Role Overview
As a Lead Engineer, you will help build out API‑first services and event‑driven architecture with a key focus on scale, security, and robustness.
You will design and implement high‑quality products that are thoroughly tested and provide a world‑class user experience.
You will work with business leaders to transform processes through automation and bring Agentic AI capabilities to the forefront.
You will uplift the development experience with strong focus on CI/CD, TDD, pair programming, code refactoring, and contribute to the evolution of our platform design and tool chain.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java, Node.js and container technologies such as Docker.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS, and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Experience building Agentic solutions integrating with LLMs through APIs.
- Experience with testing tools and practices that support high‑quality software delivery.
- Experience working in an agile setting and collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including user experience designers.
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL, including performance tuning and design, and familiarity with large data tools such as Presto, Hive or Parquet files.
