Responsibilities

- Provide expertise across the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning and custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design and configure security models using profiles, roles, organization‑wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.
- Customize Salesforce CRM using best practices including automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Develop Visualforce pages and components based on business requirements.
- Execute end‑to‑end Salesforce testing, including development of test cases and thorough issue resolution.
- Setup and configure Salesforce communities with attention to secure access and user management.
- Identify improvement opportunities in business processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce quality standards and compliance.




- Collaborate directly and independently with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery and improvement.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM tools including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) configuration and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce customization tools: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field‑level security.
- Experience with Salesforce communities setup and configuration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Experience with Force.com migration tools and change sets.
- Proficient in writing and executing SOQL queries and performing data‑related operations using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
- Familiarity with Salesforce testing practices and tools; ability to develop and execute comprehensive test cases.
