Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership – serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, align HR initiatives, use data and analytics to influence decisions.
- Talent & Performance Management – lead annual performance cycles, goal setting, succession planning, and talent reviews; facilitate discussions to identify high‑potential talent and skills gaps; partner with L&D; to design development programs.
- Employee Relations & Culture – drive a positive inclusive culture, address complex employee relations issues, and lead interventions to strengthen morale and trust.
- Organizational Effectiveness – provide expertise on org design, change management, role clarity, workforce planning, support business transformations, and partner with COEs.
- HR Operations & Policy Governance – ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, compliance with Indian labour laws, guidance on compensation and promotion cases, and collaboration on onboarding and lifecycle management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of Indian labour laws, HR best practices, and current market trends.
- Demonstrated experience managing change, driving culture, and influencing leaders.
- Ability to build credibility, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Key competencies: strategic thinking and business acumen; high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management; problem‑solving and decision‑making; data‑driven HR approach; leadership coaching capability; ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver through influence.
