An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.

This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a growing electrical division , work across major healthcare and data centre projects , and play a pivotal role in winning work and building a high-performing team .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and winning new projects
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Oversee project performance including program, quality, and financials

About You

- 10+ years’ experience in electrical building services design
- Proven project experience within healthcare or data centres
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills




- Demonstrated ability to win work or contribute to business development
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Solid understanding of Australian standards and local market
- Full working rights in Australia
