The Opportunity

- Lead and mentor a small team of hard-working marketers to roll out national shopper campaigns for global brands
- Work across various disciplines/teams within the business
- Work directly with & support the GM & CEO
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth
- Foster a positive and team-oriented team culture that encourages creativity, & innovation
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow of marketing campaigns, from receipt of the brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality




- Coordinate with the Creative & Production teams to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise

You

- Live in Sydney, Australia
- Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in shopper, activations or experiential marketing
- At least 8-10+ years (recent) experience work experience within a marketing, shopper or events agency environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Working knowledge of marketing disciplines
- Describe yourself as a strategic thinker
- Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
