As the Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and engage passive talent for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on market research, targeted outreach and candidate engagement using sourcing platforms and talent CRMs.
This role partners closely with recruiters to align pipelines to role requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified prospects. This position plays a critical role in building talent pipelines that support business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Boolean/X‑ray search and manage prospect engagement via CRM workflows.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and talent mapping to identify passive candidates for priority skill sets and proposal pipelines.
- Build and maintain audit‑ready pipelines, documenting sourcing activity and prospect status.
- Deliver vetted prospect slates to recruiters, including resumes, screening notes aligned to must‑have criteria.
- Generate and interpret sourcing metrics and provide insights to adjust search strategies and forecast talent availability for programs and proposals.
- Partner with Marketing and program teams to support employer branding initiatives, targeted content and events aligned to candidate profiles for hard‑to‑fill skill areas.
- Contribute to strategic projects and proposal efforts by producing market reports on talent supply, location feasibility and compensation ranges that inform staffing plans.
- Recommend sourcing process improvements and tool optimizations to increase efficiency and pipeline quality.
- Travel may be required as needed to attend hiring events, job fairs, or support program activities.
