About the Roles

We are currently recruiting Branch Managers / Plumbing Managers and Assistant Branch Managers to join high-performing, established branches across multiple Sydney locations.
Branch Manager / Plumbing Manager
You’ll take ownership of branch performance, sales growth, profitability, and team leadership while creating a safe, productive, and customer-first workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing team
- Driving sales, margins, and branch profitability
- Managing budgets, stock, and operational excellence
- Building long-term relationships with trade customers
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Maintaining safety, compliance, and branch presentation
Assistant Branch Manager
Working closely with the Branch Manager, this role is ideal for someone ready to step up into leadership within a shop-front / trade counter environment.
>Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily branch operations
- Driving sales and customer engagement
- Managing stock, safety, and branch presentation
- Coaching team members and leading by example
- Building strong relationships with trade customers
About You
- Experience in branch operations, plumbing, trade supply, or similar environments
- Strong people skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with solid MS Office skills
- Trade background, plumbing qualification, forklift licence or first aid certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
- Looking for a long-term career, not just a job
