What You’ll Be Doing

- Run a high‑performing business: Own revenue, profitability, and guest experience like it’s yours.
- Lead through your Restaurant Manager: Coach and develop your RM to own day‑to‑day execution while you focus on bigger commercial impact.
- Grow Sales: Driving growth outside the restaurant through local partnerships, business development, and marketing activation.
- Build community connections: Turn your venue into a local hotspot through partnerships and grassroots marketing.
- Develop talent that sticks: Build a pipeline of future leaders, not just a roster of shift fillers.
- Run the numbers: Partner with your RM to hit KPIs, manage budgets, and drive real commercial outcomes.
