A leading financial services organisation is seeking one Senior Change Manager and two Change Managers to support a major enterprise-wide regulatory transformation program. This high-profile initiative will deliver significant organisational change across operational resilience, governance, risk management, business continuity, procurement and service provider management. These roles will play a key part in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and the successful adoption of new processes, frameworks and ways of working.

Opportunities Available

Senior Change Manager

Lead the overall change strategy across a large, complex transformation program, partnering with senior leaders and guiding change delivery across multiple workstreams. This role requires an experienced change professional who can influence executive stakeholders, manage enterprise-wide impacts and provide both strategic direction and hands‑on delivery.

Change Manager - Operational Risk & Business Continuity

Support the delivery of change across operational risk and business continuity initiatives, helping embed new resilience practices, accountability frameworks, risk processes and business continuity capabilities across the organisation.

Change Manager - Service Provider & Procurement

Drive change across procurement and third‑party management workstreams, supporting the implementation of enhanced governance,



supplier management processes and operational resilience practices.

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end organisational change within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience developing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, business readiness and adoption activities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within complex, fast-paced programme environments.
- Experience delivering change across regulatory, governance, risk, compliance or operational transformation initiatives.

Highly Regarded

Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded, particularly across:

- Risk and compliance transformation
- Operational resilience
- Business continuity
- Governance and operating model change
- Procurement or third‑party supplier management
