Based in Tom Price and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.
This position is on an 8x6 roster, fly in and fly out of Perth.
This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability.
- Lead and mentor your team in their day‑to‑day activities.
- Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements.
- Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan.
- Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available.
- Lead safety culture & compliance for the team / branch.
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs.

- Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand.
- Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to problem‑solve and be flexible.
- Robust interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage cost in line with budgets.
