About the Role

Bring iconic Tip Top brands to life by delivering impactful trade activations and driving execution excellence nationwide.

Purpose of the role

- Execute Tip Top’s trade activation plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to translate activation strategies into effective field sales execution.
- Manage point‑of‑sale materials and promotional assets to support retail activation success.
- Support sales cycle planning, activation communications and reporting.
- Monitor in‑store compliance and campaign performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and field sales to deliver exceptional execution outcomes.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG or retail environment. You enjoy bringing plans to life, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

You Will Bring

- Experience in sales operations, shopper marketing, merchandising, activation, or a similar coordination role.
- Robust project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused approach.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce (desirable).




- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving executional excellence.
