This is not a volume-driven advice environment. There is no pressure to chase new business, aggressively sell or build a client book from scratch, in fact, around 90% of new opportunities coming through warm client referrals.

You will also be backed by 3 Client Service Officers and 2 in-house Paraplanners, giving you more time to deliver quality advice and build meaningful client relationships.

This is a genuine servicing role, perfect for a Financial Planner who enjoys building long-term relationships and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for:

- Conducting client meetings and annual reviews
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Developing tailored financial strategies and recommendations
- Providing clear, practical and personalised financial advice
- Collaborating with the in-house support team to implement advice strategies
- Delivering exceptional service and ongoing support to clients




- Mentoring and supporting a Paraplanner working towards their Qualified Year, if desired

ABOUT YOU

You genuinely enjoy the client side of financial planning and take pride in building trusted, long term relationships. You are relationship driven, professional and passionate about helping clients achieve financial confidence.

You will bring:

- Experience as a Financial Planner or Financial Adviser
- Open to Financial Planners at any stage of their career, from those nearing completion of their Professional Year through to advisers qualifying under the 10 year experience exemption.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- A client first approach and genuine passion for providing quality advice
- High levels of professionalism, empathy and integrity
- The ability to work within structured systems and processes
- A desire to build a long term career with a respected and supportive business
